Note: You DON'T have to have an i-Pod to listen to podcasts. You can download a podcast (MP3 file) to your hard drive and listen later with the player of your choice, such as Windows Media Player or others.

You can generally listen to a podcast at your computer as a streamed file by clicking on the URL and having your browser open a media player.

If you use a stand alone MP3 player, you can use various "Podcatchers" to subscribe to a podcast.
